Yally recently became the owner of the building where you are renting. No worries, everything remains the same, except for a few practical things:


  • The rent must be paid on a new bank account number. You can find the correct account on the e-mail you have received from us. Do not forget to adjust your automatic payment if necessary.
  • If you have recently received your letter of indexation, you can use the opportunity to adjust the amount.
  • The previous owner is no longer a contact person. You can find an answer to all your questions on our tenant portal my.yally.be. You have received your login credentials by e-mail.


Make an appointment for repair, report an incident, view your payments and service costs? In the future you can easily arrange the latter and more on my.yally.be.


Your building has a bright future ahead. We're looking into improving energy efficiency, visual upgrades and technological gadgets that make your life easier. These are just a few of the things we will be working on in the years to come. It will make your life easier.


It goes without saying that we ensure you experience as little inconvenience as possible when we organize structural improvements. We will always opt for interventions that improve your quality of life.
